Kowit & Passov Real Estate Group was formed in 1996 as the result
of Brad Kowit and Steve Passov's desire to build the best retail
brokerage firm in Northeast Ohio. Ten years later, the company has
become the largest and most productive "retail only" firm in the
market. In 2004 the firm expanded to include office brokerage.
Kowit & Passov was affiliated with Colliers International for four
years, but in 2004 it went back to its roots and reflagged the
company to Kowit & Passov. The company now has a total of
fifteen sales agents representing both tenants and landlords. Our
seasoned staff was assembled from various retail brokerage houses
throughout Cleveland, and brings years of experience to the table.

shop leasing, tenant and landlord representation, and ground up
shopping center leasing. All of our agents specialize in one or more
of these areas allowing us to be a complete brokerage firm. We are
constantly updating the tools we use to assist in market analysis,
some include: CoStar, aerial software, Metroscan, Landlord and
Tenant databases, mapping software, and demographics. These tools
along with our actual knowledge of the marketplace keep us ahead of
the competition.
We are currently assisting nearly 40 local and national
retailers in their expansion, relocation, or re-positioning within our
market. Some of our clients include Kinko's, Red Robin, Pier 1, and
Whole Foods. The company also works on behalf of many of the
areas prominent developers in land assemblage and shopping center
leasing, currently representing over 3.5 million square foot of space.
