Anytime Fitness signed a 6 year lease for a 3,600 s/f space and will open late Fall 2009. They will be located on Oak Point Road at Deerfield Town Center in Amherst joining Carolina Furniture, Sally Beauty, Great Clips and Subway. Target, Lowe's and Key Bank are the major Anchors of the center. Anytime Fitness has 1,050 locations opened and 1,200 Franchises sold. Fabiane Miller represented the Landlord, Amherst Development LLC on this lease.
